Whether you want to modify an existing AdviKosh design or create something entirely new from your imagination, our in-house manufacturing allows us to build any style, any shape, any concept. From bridal sets to pendants, bangles, personalized name pieces, halo designs, engraving, stone changes, sizing, or fully custom CAD work — we can bring your vision to life.

Production Time

All custom and made-to-order jewelry requires 20–25 days for designing, crafting, stone-setting, finishing, and final quality inspections.

Order Process

• 2.⁠ ⁠Our team confirms feasibility and provides details/quote.
• 3.⁠ ⁠Once approved, production begins (20–25 days).
• 4.⁠ ⁠Final quality checks and shipping.

Payments & Confirmation

• Custom orders require 75% payment before production.
• Once production starts, custom orders cannot be canceled or altered.
• We provide updates if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because each custom piece is made exclusively for you, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

Shipping

• After production, your order is packed with care and shipped worldwide.
• Standard shipping is free; express shipping is also available.
