Complimentary Minor Repairs

Eligible minor repairs may include:

• Tightening loose gemstones.
• Repairing clasps, jump rings, hooks, and earring backs.
• Reattaching minor components.
• Minor workmanship-related adjustments.
• Basic cleaning and inspection during repair service.

Major Repairs

Major repairs including but not limited to gemstone replacement, diamond replacement, chain replacement, structural rebuilding, significant metal work, major resizing, reconstruction, or severe accidental damage are not covered under the complimentary repair program.

However, eligible customers will receive up to 25% discount on applicable major repair charges.

Conditions

• All repair requests are subject to inspection and approval by AdviKosh.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs may not qualify for complimentary repair service.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repair services unless otherwise stated by AdviKosh.
