You can request one free return OR one free exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. We cover 100% of the shipping cost worldwide for this first return or exchange on that order. This applies to every new order you place.

2. Additional Returns or Exchanges for the Same Order

If you request more than one return or exchange for the same order: You will be responsible for both-way shipping charges A small handling fee may apply, depending on location

3. Lifetime Exchange on Diamonds & Gold

All Diamond and Gold jewelry purchased from AdviKosh qualifies for a lifetime exchange, subject to evaluation by an authorized gem lab.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized designs
• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Made-to-order jewelry
• Final sale or clearance items

5. Return Conditions

• To be accepted, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Returned in original AdviKosh packaging
• Free from scratches, marks, or perfume/fragrance
• All returns are inspected by our quality team before approval.
