30-Day Return Policy

AdviKosh offers a 30-day return policy on eligible items from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Original packaging, certificates, tags, invoices, gifts, and accessories must be included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, repair, alteration, or misuse.

Non-Custom Jewelry Returns

Eligible non-custom jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to inspection and approval by AdviKosh.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry Returns

As custom and personalized jewelry is handcrafted specifically for each customer, it is not eligible for a full refund.

However, custom and personalized jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following deductions:

• 100% of making charges.
• 75% of the value of all gemstones, including natural gemstones, lab-created gemstones, moissanite, pearls, and other colored stones used in the jewelry.
• 100% of the value of all natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds used in the jewelry.
• Any certification, engraving, customization, import duties, special sourcing, or third-party service charges incurred specifically for the order.

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Gold, Silver & Precious Metal Value

Gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metal values will be refunded based on the original invoice value, less the applicable deductions outlined above.

Refund calculations will not be affected by future fluctuations in precious metal, gemstone, diamond, or currency market prices.

Natural Gemstone Variation

Natural gemstones may display minor variations in color, inclusions, brilliance, transparency, and pattern. These natural characteristics make each gemstone unique and are not considered defects.

Such natural variations are not eligible grounds for return, exchange, refund, or warranty claims.

Missing Items in Returns

If a returned package does not contain all products claimed by the customer, AdviKosh reserves the right to deduct up to the full value of the missing item(s) from the refund amount.

This policy also applies to complimentary gifts, certificates, promotional products, packaging materials, and free accessories.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after:

1. The returned item is received by AdviKosh.
2. The item successfully passes quality inspection.
3. All certificates, packaging, accessories, and related materials are verified.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds will be calculated strictly according to the original invoice value paid by the customer.

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

The replacement or exchanged item will be dispatched only after the original item has been received and approved by our quality inspection team.

Any difference in price between products must be paid by the customer or will be refunded where applicable.

Return Process

1. Contact AdviKosh Customer Support within 30 days of delivery.
2. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
3. Securely package the jewelry along with all certificates, tags, invoices, gifts, accessories, and original packaging.
4. Ship the package according to the provided instructions.

Return or exchange requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible.

Final Decision

AdviKosh reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, refund, warranty claim, or service request that does not comply with this policy.

The final decision regarding all inspections, claims, returns, exchanges, refunds, and service requests shall remain at the sole discretion of AdviKosh.
