Eligible jewelry may receive complimentary replating services to help maintain its original appearance and finish.

Conditions

• Jewelry must be inspected and approved by AdviKosh before replating.
• Replating services cover normal wear only.
• Excessive damage, chemical exposure, improper care, modifications, or unauthorized repairs may void eligibility.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending and receiving jewelry for replating unless otherwise stated by AdviKosh.
• Processing times may vary depending on the condition and complexity of the jewelry.

Exclusions

The Lifetime Plating Service does not include repairs, stone replacement, resizing, polishing of damaged components, or reconstruction of jewelry.
